Chicken Tikka (Speciality) 185 Kč
  The literal meaning of tikka in the Persian, Urdu, and Punjabi languages is "pieces". Small pieces of boneless chicken are traditionally baked on skewers in a tandoor oven, after being marinated in spices and yoghurt. The pieces are brushed with ghee (clarified butter) at intervals which gives it its taste. It is served with green coriander, tamarind chutney, onion rings and lemon.

  This is a speciality from Goa. The term vindaloo derives from the Portuguese dish "Carne de Vinha d' Alhos", a dish of meat, usually pork, with wine and garlic. Our Chicken vindaloo is inspired from the main recipe where diced pieces of boneless chicken breast are cooked with plentiful spices and fresh tomatoes. This dish is normally medium to hot and cannot be served mild.

Butter Chicken (Murg Makhani) Chef's Special 194 Kč
  Butter Chicken (or murgh makhani) is an Indian dish from Punjab, popular in countries all over the world. The origins of butter chicken can be traced back to Delhi during the period of Mughal Empire. Butter chicken is usually served with naan, roti, parathas or steamed rice. Carved chicken is marinated overnight in a yoghurt and spice mixture usually including garam masala, ginger, garlic paste, lemon or lime, pepper, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and chilli. The chicken is then grilled in a tandoor oven. It is then cooked with the Makhani sauce which is made by heating and mixing butter, tomato puree, and various spices including cumin, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, pepper, fenugreek, cashew paste and fresh cream.

  Kadhai chicken is a chicken curry recipe which is usually cooked in kadhai/skillet. Kadhai is a wok-type utensil used in Indian cooking. The speciality of kadhai chicken is that not only is it cooked in a kadhai/skillet but it is also served in one. The idea of kadhai chicken is to cook all the ingredients in tomato based thick gravy and in their natural juices.   A king amongst curries, this dish is the backbone of Indian cookery, unpretentious, hot but not overpowering, deeply flavoured and intense. The Rogan josh is a Kashmiri dish, and has all the hallmarks of food from that area – rich and aromatic, deep and flavoursome. Meat from the shoulder is cooked in oil on slow heat with a generous mix of aromatic spices until it is brown and tender.
